Congratulations to all MPPSC Assistant Professor aspirants who have qualified for the interview! Now, you’re just a step away from your final selection. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) have started scheduling interviews which will continue over next four months. Following the State Service Examination interviews, the MPPSC will begin another round for the Assistant Professor recruitment exam, covering 826 posts across eight subjects in December and January. This phase expected to span through two months.

Let’s know a bit more about the MPPSC interview process. What do you think? Obviously, you must get acquainted with the process that you’re going to face

What’s MPPSC Interview Process?

The MPPSC Assistant professor interview process will only be conducted for you if you’ve qualified the written exam. The interview will be of 100 marks. The interview round is a crucial element of the selection process. During this process, you will be evaluated based on your academic qualifications, knowledge, research aptitude, teaching skills, and other relevant parameters.

The panel may ask you MPPSC interview questions related to your previously published research papers, publications, and other relevant achievements.

The final selection is based on the combined score of the written exam and the interview. You will be only called for the document verification round if you qualify the written exam. The MPPSC Assistant Professor document verification process is conducted to ensure that the information provided by you in your application form, written exam, and interview are accurate and genuine.

You are required to show original documents, research paper, Teaching/Post-Doctoral Experience, Awards, Publications etc. during the Document Verification process. During the document verification process, the authorities will verify the original documents submitted by you. If any discrepancies or irregularities are found in the documents submitted, you candidature might be cancelled. So, be careful!

After the completion of all stages, the merit list will be released based on your performance in interview and exam. The merit list is prepared based on the total marks scored by you in the written exam and interview. The weightage given to each stage of the selection process may vary, but generally, the written exam carries more weightage than the interview. The final merit list is prepared after taking into consideration the following factors:

  • Marks scored in the written exam
