Dear aspirants, the wait is finally over! The results for the UGC-NET/JRF June re-exam 2024 will be announced by tomorrow, i.e. October 18, 2024. Hey, wait! We are not claiming this. This claim has been made by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on its official X account. You will be available to access scorecards via the official website: ugcnet.nta.ac.in, or through DigiLocker and UMANG apps once the direct link is active.
What should you know?
The result of UGC-NET /JRF exam will be declared in percentile along with the marks obtained by you so that you’re able to use the marks for admission to Ph.D. For JRF, you should not be more than 30 years as on 1st day of the month in which the exam was concluded. You must be already knowing this! However, there is no upper age limit in applying for UGC-NET for Assistant Professor. Interestingly, NTA also decided that no All-India ranks will not be assigned in the UGC-NET 2024 exam.
- SC: 15 percent
- ST: 7.5 percent
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 27 percent
- EWS: 10 percent
- PwD (40 percent or more disability): 5 percent
How will you be assessed?
– Each question in UGC NET carries 2 (two) marks.
– For each correct response, candidate will get 02 (two) marks.
– There is no negative marking for incorrect response.
– No marks will be given for questions un-answered, un-attempted or marked for review.
How to check UGC-NET/JRF exam results?
Step 1: Go to the ugcnet.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the link designated for the UGC NET 2024 June result
Step 3: Insert credentials – roll number and registration number
Step 4: Submit and download UGC NET June 2024 result
How can you check results on UMANG App?
– You can download UMANG Mobile Application from Android PlayStore or Apple App Store.
– Open Mobile Application and search for National Testing Agency (NTA).
– Select your examination and enter the desired details.
How can use Digilocker to download your results?
- Download the DigiLocker App from PlayStore.
- Open the app and search for NTA
- Select the examination and enter the required details. The demographic information (aadhaar name, date of birth, and gender) will be matched with the data filled in by you. On a successful match, you will be able to download the requested document.
