Cancellation Policy

Course Enrollment Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days before the commencement of the course.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Class Schedule Changes:

Sahitya Classes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified promptly and given the option to either attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

Full refunds are available if the cancellation request is made at least 3 days prior to the course start date.
If the request is made within 3 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced, refunds will not be issued.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please email your cancellation request along with the reason for cancellation to hello@sahityaclasses.com.
Once your request is received and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

Registration fees, administrative fees, and any other non-tuition fees are non-refundable.
Materials, books, and any other items provided as part of the course are also non-refundable.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other serious situations, Sahitya Classes may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support such requests.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to avail Sahitya Classes Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the prevailing law in India. If you have any concern about privacy at Sahitya Classes, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice will change also. You should check our websites frequently to see recent changes.

Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
